Cancellation Policy – The Banksia Hair Studio

Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment time will be subject to pay 50% 

of the service fee.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before an appointment will be processed without penalty.

No shows will be subject to pay 100% of the service fee.
